eBay selling fees: the complete 2026 list

Every fee eBay can charge a US seller on a standard (non-store) listing, in one place — what it is, when it applies, and what it costs. Rates as of 2026 for most categories without a store subscription; store tiers and category exceptions differ.

Worked example

A $25 item with $5 shipping, sold to a US buyer, no promoted listing, standard non-store account:

  • Final value fee: 13.6% × $30 = $4.08
  • Per order fee: $0.40
  • Total: $4.48 — about 15% of the $30 order

If the buyer is international, add the 1.65% international fee (1.65% × $30 = $0.49), taking the total to $4.98.

What does not cost extra

  • Your first 250 listings each month (zero-fee insertion)
  • A separate payment-processing fee — payment processing is folded into the final value fee
  • Photos (up to 24 per listing) and the eBay mobile app itself
